Institute for Information, Telecommunication and Media Law (ITM) at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-Universitaet Münster (WWU) is the leading Institute for Information Law in Germany. It employs over 40 graduate and student researchers It has considerable experience in interdisciplinary and international projects (FP 5, 6 and 7).
In TIMBUS, ITM will analyse the legal, contractual and regulatory issues involved in digitally preserving business processes and develop the “Legalities Lifecycle Management” toolkit (LLM), a comprehensive legal solution for preservation of business processes.
