8. Industrial Case Study: Civil Engineering Infrastructure

In this package we will undertake a comprehensive definition and requirements specification for a large-scale, long-term civil engineering scenario involving sensors/devices and CAD/CAM services. We will provide a risk and economic profile for digital preservation of business processes in this scenario; support for interfacing with and emulating sensors/devices; and produce effective pilot studies and appropriate test beds.
